"No" is an incredibly painful, yet brave word to say. How many times have you had to say NO only to have it cause anguish, desperation, arguments, and anxiety?
If your life isn't wine and roses, then you have to say NO to the life you created for yourself since birth. That life simply hasn't worked. Start saying no to people who aren't right for you. Start saying no to everything you don't want to do.
It is YOU who creates your reality. All things begin in mind before they manifest in matter. Even brushing your teeth begins as a thought. Change the way you think, and you will change your life. You can't be all things to all people. This is illusion. You can try, but we both know there is no "try" ... there is only do or don't do.
You hold the power of yes and no. Listen to that still small voice within and follow your intuition. Your Inner Self knows what is best for you. For example, if you have a tiny, piece of bird poop in your soup, it doesn’t matter how much more hot water you pour in and how many more spices you put on top ... there’s still poop in the soup.
When you start saying NO to bad things, the Yes compounds every day. Yes's compound automatically, the way interest does in a bank. You may think it is not possible to say no to a situation in which lots of other people are involved, or a dysfunctional job, or a dysfunctional family. I propose ... there is always a way. It might not be immediate but it can be done.
Just say NO. You'll find freedom. Dump the old soup. Make a new bowl.
